The span of my work is multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary. I work with professionals of all kinds in helping them navigate around the challenges, seize the opportunities, manage the risks and deal with the issues. I lead all aspects of large-scale transformation programs, guiding program managers, project leaders, delivery teams and strategic partners through their professional journeys.
About half of the success or failure of a project is determined at the time the project team is selected.
And that's something I am particularly adept at, playing the all-important part in identifying the right mix of strengths and the right balance of behaviours across teams.
HPT Model
I help my clients in adopting and deploying HPT (Human Performance Technology) model in which, synergy is key. HPT model resides fluidly on the foundations of Agile and Lean frameworks. HPT model demonstrates control by giving teams and individuals freedom to lead while working together to achieve common goals. This model, combined with the right leadership style that compliments the HPT model, helps teams achieve beyond targets while contributing to individuals' personal and professional growth.
HPT model doesn't involve expecting teams and individuals to to work long, unsociable hours.
Nope, not at all.
Instead, HPT model is the exact opposite of working hard and long hours. It harbours interpersonal collaboration, employs a well-structured design, develop, test, deploy and iterate methodology. HPT model harnesses the value in recognition, open communication, candid feedback and collective celebration and rewards.
Teams that aptly adopt the HPT model, under the right guidance and leadership outperform and outshine the non-HPT teams. As the model matures across teams, the output keeps on increasing and requires fewer and fewer interventions and support from the management and leadership. Your HPT ecosystem becomes a self-regulating and self-sustainable environment that reduces bottlenecks while maximising outputs through individual autonomy, collective accountability, mutual respect and collaboration.

Financial and Resource Planning
Over the years, I have witnessed experienced individuals and well-established organisations getting the team structure and composition wrong — time and time again. It's not just about having the right balance of skills and experience in teams, it is more about getting balance of the right behaviours in key positions. This is why each time I interview a candidate, about 80% of the interview conversation encompasses the person's nature, personal strengths and behaviours, and only about 20% is about their skills relevant to the role.
I employ my decades of experience gained from Applied Psychology and Behavioural Science in identifying the individuals that would make the best fit for the team and organisation.
This is why I am usually invited to conduct final stage interviews. The outcomes are so successful and produce such remarkably impactful results that during the past 2 years, I was invited to conduct over 400 interviews that resulted in a little over 60 recruitments.
